Refund Policy

Welcome to our Refund Policy page. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed for our server rental service. By using our service, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Terms

Refunds are not available once the client has begun using the rented server for penetration testing. The service is considered provided and used as soon as the client gains access to the server.

2. Client Responsibility

The client agrees to use the provided servers strictly within the scope of applicable laws. The company is not liable for any actions that may result in the blocking of the client's account or the refusal of services by third parties.

3. Violation of Terms

If the client violates the terms of use, including illegal activities, malicious attacks, or security violations, the company reserves the right to suspend the service without providing a refund.

4. Technical Issues

If the server becomes unavailable due to reasons not caused by the client, the company may offer a partial refund or credit toward a future order at its discretion.

5. Payment System Policy

In cases of disputed transactions, the company will comply with payment system regulations. Refunds initiated by the client are only possible if the issue is caused by a technical failure on our part.

6. Refund Request Process

If the client believes that the service has been provided improperly, they can submit a refund request within 5 business days from the start of the service. Refunds will only be granted for technical failures caused by us, not due to the client's actions.

7. Exceptional Cases

If the client uses the server for purposes contrary to the agreement, the company reserves the right to terminate the server rental without prior notice and without refund.
